SFY-I鉆井液用硅氟頁巖抑制劑是引入了有機(jī)(jī)硅氟聚合物的鉆井液用添加劑，該添加劑加入鉆井液，能吸附在粘土顆粒表面，使之形成憎水層，因此阻止和減弱了粘土的水化分散作用，起到較好的抑制作用。該產(chǎn)(chǎn)品配伍性好，可用于各種水基鉆井液，推薦加量1～3%。

包裝袋為紙塑三合一包裝袋，頂口縫合后用膠帶粘結(jié)(jié)，每袋凈重25 千克±1%。

本品不燃、不爆、沒毒、無害，按非危險(xiǎn)(xiǎn)品運(yùn)(yùn)輸管理。

產(chǎn)(chǎn)品在儲(chǔ)存過程中應(yīng)(yīng)注意防潮、防曬、防漏。有效期為兩年。

      本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用大量清水清洗。

Product Details

The silicon fluorine shale inhibitor for sfy-i drilling fluid is an additive for drilling fluid with the introduction of organosilicon fluorine polymer. The additive can be adsorbed on the surface of clay particles to form a hydrophobic layer when it is added to the drilling fluid. Therefore, it can prevent and weaken the hydration and dispersion of clay and has a better inhibition effect. The product has good compatibility and can be used in various water-based drilling fluids. The recommended dosage is 1-3%.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The packaging bag is a paper plastic three in one packaging bag. The top opening is sewn and bonded with adhesive tape. The net weight of each bag is 25kg ± 1%.

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.

The products should be protected from moisture, sun and leakage during storage. It is valid for two years.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
